Mission Statement and Goals

Mission Statement:

To improve the care and experience of patients unique to the community served by North York General's Emergency Department

Goals:

  1. Develop infrastructure to conduct and sustain high quality, meaningful research studies at the NYGH ED

  2. Support ED physicians and trainees interested in pursuing research projects related to ED care 

  3. Improve the visibility of the high-quality care provided at the NYGH ED

  4. To always put clinical care and patient experience first
